There is no single 'Diet Plan' for all

Each person has different calorie requirements depending on their lifestyle, body constitution and genetic makeup. So a single diet plan can never give same result in all.   Rather than following some fad diet plan, the real 'diet plan' that would work for you would be 'LOW CALORIE - HIGH FIBRE' health food that you love to eat and which you can sustain for long term.  

You can use 'half plate rule': Fill half the plate with fruits and vegetables and half with proteins and starch.
