Pre-requisites for Pathology Tests:

  • For a Body Checkup, 10 to 12 hours of fasting is necessary before giving the samples, do not take any fluids except water. Pathology Reports to be taken as per your doctor's instructions.
  • Prior appointment is necessary.
  • For Body Composition Analysis you will need to visit the lab with a prior appointment.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • No other discount scheme can be clubbed with this scheme.
  • Body profiles credited to the wallet can be used by any member or family member added to the Card up to 2 years from the payment day. If not used within 2 years, a free body profile cannot be availed after the expiry of 2 years.
  • Fit points balance in the wallet will lapse if no tests are done for a continuous period of 2 years and cannot be used.
  • To avail Fit Point balance, a new card will have to be purchased.
  • Fit points or body profiles in the wallet can only be redeemed against the value for lab tests, as per the terms and conditions, and cannot be redeemed as a cash refund of any kind.
